I offer a therapy that blends support for what is happening right now and trauma informed methods that can honor and help heal from your past. Our goal will be for you find your peace and establish the boundaries that let you connect others in healthy ways. Together we can find your path to a meaningful life without getting overwhelmed by what is happing in this world. I am here to support you in what you bring to the session and have worked with a wide range of people and couples. I have experience with general support, as well as folks with mental health diagnosis, substance use questions and neurodivergence.
