Hello Friend! I’m really glad you found my profile, and I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I’ve spent most of my career in community mental health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—children, adults, and older adults—each with their own unique stories and struggles. A lot of my work has been with individuals facing addiction, but I also have a passion for helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
