My work weaves together emotion focused therapy, somatic healing, and the wisdom of attachment to help you return to yourself. Together, we listen to the language of your body, the emotions beneath the surface, and the beliefs you’ve carried. We explore how your earliest bonds shaped the way you move through the world, and how, even now, healing can unfold in safe relationships. I provide a space to soften, to feel, to reawaken what’s been silenced. It’s a path not just toward relief, but wholeness. I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist that can help you move through trauma and other areas where you might feel stuck. I believe in treating the cause of your symptoms not just using coping skills to help manage them.
