I'm currently accepting new individual clients only, currently there is a waiting list for COUPLES & FAMILY clients. I’m a fully licensed and independent marriage and family therapist. I tend to lean into solution focused, behavioral, and collaborative therapies. These techniques are used to treat a variety of struggles including: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, substance use disorder, etc. I’m certified in mindfulness which I often utilize. I show up with as much unconditional positive regard as I can because therapy should feel positive, even when it's tough.
