My view of human nature is one full of strength and resiliency. We all have the desire to live healthy and productive lives, but at times we face the challenges of unexpected life events, loss, and stressors. This is where a positive, validating and accepting relationship with your counselor becomes invaluable. Counseling provides a client dedicated time focused on present day issues as well as past experiences still impacting overall wellbeing. Empowerment, believing in yourself and learning how to like, love and accept your whole person is my goal as your therapist. My hobbies are photography, football and time with loved ones.
