Everyone faces challenges along the journey of life. My job is to help you navigate those challenges. It is not easy to ask for help and I believe it is courageous to "feel the fear and do it anyway" rather than to suffer silently. My style is collaborative and conversational with practical, effective tools to empower you to grow and heal through whatever challenge prompts you into either individual or couples counseling. Common themes may be codependency, relationship struggles, divorce and rebuilding your life, a need for self-care and spiritual connection, and/or a desire to speak your truth and live a more authentic life.
