My specialty is working with adolescents and emerging adults who are struggling with low self esteem, depression, anxiety, and situational challenges. Life is hard, and can be full of unforeseen issues. I work with clients and their families to improve communication, and create a manageable dynamic at home. Teens and adolescents need help developing healthy coping skills, and challenging negative thoughts. My job is to teach them these skills so they can utilize them in the real world. I also work with women ages 18-50 who are struggling with trauma and/or Narcissistic Abuse in either familial or romantic relationships.
