My specialities include mood disorders ( depression/anxiety), adjustment issues, life transitions, relationship issues, self esteem , stress management, immigration/acculturation, and life coaching. I use an eclectic approach to help every individual's self actualization goals. Bilingual and bicultural practice. Trauma focused including trauma focused Yoga.
