The young men I work with (13+) are dealing with a lot while figuring out who they are. Anxiety might show up as avoidance or anger. Depression can look like irritability instead of sadness. The pressure to have it all figured out? Exhausting. Many feel stuck, watching everyone else seem to have it together while they're struggling. They need a place to drop the act, learn practical tools, build real confidence, and realize their worth isn't tied to achievements. They want to feel in control, discover what they actually care about, and create lives that feel right for them.
