I specialize in perinatal mood disorders ranging from infertility to pregnancy to the first few years postpartum. I work clinically with this population (inclusive of all birthing people, parents, adoptive parents, and those dealing with the stress of infertility and the devastation of loss) in-person and virtually. The modalities I primarily use are CBT, EMDR, and IFS with an emphasis on bottom-up trauma processing. I prioritize client-centered care meeting each individual where they're at without bias. I strive to be culturally competent and inclusive.
