I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Using a client centered approach I work with the client helping them reach both their short and long term goals. A majority of my clients suffer with anxiety and depression but I work with other diagnoses as well. I am solution focused and like to see improvements and an increase in self esteem.
