Currently accepting new telehealth clients in California, Tennessee, and Kentucky. I am a therapist with 12+ years experience, specializing in Grief, Loss & Trauma. I work primarily with adults who experienced childhood trauma and military trauma. I previously worked with active duty, veterans, and families through the DoD and VA contracting in Tennessee before relocating to California with my therapy dog, Patrick. We very often don't talk about the "little t traumas", like having emotionally unavailable parents, housing/utility/food instability, witnessing violence, etc. Trauma has such a huge impact on the wiring of the brain during childhood years that impacts us later as adults. My passion is to help those who with "little t" and "big T" traumas alike.
