I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My integrated approach draws from person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and mindfulness, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s goals. My sense of humor is key to my relationship building; I find that laughter creates connection and opens our hearts and minds. I have a warm, empathic, and holistic approach, inviting clients to bring all of themselves to therapy as I do the same.
