I specialize in helping women find joy and fulfillment in life amidst their chronic illness. Together, we’ll identify the barriers holding you back and develop a plan to reclaim your life. I'm a psychodynamic therapist which means I'm going to challenge you to dig deep and talk about the hard stuff. I know this is a vulnerable thing to ask; many of my clients say my realness helps them be real too. I listen actively, offering practical solutions and techniques to help us better cope with challenges, all punctuated with a sense of humor.
