Your life just isn’t what you expected or going how you want right now. You’re doing so much and it’s still not enough. You should be more accomplished and feel more fulfilled, but instead, you’re struggling to find your place in the world. It seems like other people don’t get it, and you find yourself in repeated conflict with the ones you care about most. You can imagine how it could be different sometimes, but your self-critic is working on overdrive to stir up doubt and worries about the future. And you’re tired of it... probably exhausted. I’m glad you’re here! I wish I could reach through this screen, pour you a cup of coffee (or tea), and sit with you and talk/laugh/yell/cry for a while... because it is possible for you to live that life you’ve wanted—the one with a sense of ease and fulfillment; that doesn’t rattle you around so much; that feels a little bit lighter with a little more joy.
