Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable step to take. When our world feels chaotic, isolated, or even dangerous, taking the step to engage in therapeutic support can be a place to begin to work towards healing, change, and growth. My approach to this work is based in relationship with you, building a strong sense of care, connection, humor, and insight. My hope is to support clients as they create a life that feels aligned with their values and integrates the many parts of themselves. My clinical experience includes working with individual adults & adolescents, couples, and groups, surrounding experiences and challenges of depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, grief and loss, sexuality and gender, academic and athletic performance, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, and religious trauma.
