I am a queer clinician who's mission is to create an inclusive, supportive space that embraces diversity and honors each person’s story. Through somatic and cognitive approaches, I help clients build resilience, restore balance, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I work primarily with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ adults and teens who want to work through anxiety, depression, and trauma, or improve their ability to manage the stress of life by utilizing somatic interventions. I take a solutions focused approach integrating goals and resources to create change.
