Accepting new clients. My goal as a therapist is to provide a compassionate inclusive space, a connected therapeutic relationship, & a collaborative environment in order to assist you in working towards your goals. I take an integrative approach to therapy & pull from many different evidence-based therapies in order to tailor therapy to each one of the clients that I work with. In my therapy work, I often assist people in examining & changing unhelpful patterns in their lives, understanding themselves and their past experiences, expressing their emotions, & empowering them to make wanted changes to their lives as decided on by them.
