In the therapy room, I love working with folks who find that they are struggling to fit in and connect with others - folks who might not feel that they have someone who GETS them. Maybe you feel like the black sheep of your family. Maybe you feel like you stand out in your community in some way. Perhaps you're ready to make some changes and feel nervous about how the new you will be accepted. I'm here to be a support and a guide, when needed, as you begin your new journey. Additionally, I love working with women and parents, with folks trying to learn how to live lives more true to their core values, and with folks in relationship.
