I enjoy helping people of all ages, four years of age and older who hope to improve their lives. My approaches to therapy are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person centered, play therapy, and strength based therapy. My clinical interests are anxiety, depression, stress, shame, divorce, increasing self esteem, grief, coping with life changes, self awareness, and relationships issues.
