Hello and Welcome! I provide support to adult individuals and couples. I have been described by my clients as radically compassionate and easy to talk to. Using a person centered, trauma informed, emotions-focused and holistic approach, I will support and empower you to improve your overall health and well-being. I will assist you in personal goal exploration, accessing any pains and challenges that are keeping you from living a fulfilling life, and will provide you with space and guidance to find your own answers. I am a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. I have experience helping folks cope with panic, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, depression, big life transitions/change, and relationship issues. I am additionally interested in supporting folks who are newly pregnant and first time parents.
