I created Wholistic Haven with a vision to integrate mental health & holistic practices with a special emphasis on providing access to care for ALL especially the undeserved BIPOC communities. I understand first-hand the influence one's culture has on our identity and how we are groomed to maneuver through society having to mold ourselves to fit a particular narrative at that comes at a cost. Stumbling our way forward has got us this far but we need better tools to become the best version of ourselves.
