I am trained in, and offer, a wide variety of therapy options, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Based Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My practice is mobile and is designed to meet you where you feel most comfortable, be it on a trail in the woods or in your community. I also offer telehealth services in inclement weather or when you are otherwise unable to meet in person. I currently offer meetings in community/nature in the greater Portland area and adjoining towns, as well as 30 minutes north, south, and west. Throughout my training and practice I have worked with folks from 13 to 80.
