I have experience working with teens, young adults, and parents. I enjoy working with men's issues, phase of life transitions, parenthood, sport and academic performance, depression and anxiety. I hope to support you to find connection, purpose, and meaning. I take a nonjudgmental, humanistic, and strengths-based approach in my work. My goal is to help others more regularly act in accordance with their values, regardless of how they feel. I enjoy helping clients reconsider the stories they tell themselves, experience mindful engagement, and consciously build meaningful, social activities into their lives.
