Greetings! I have been in practice with Staten Island patients for 44 years and have expanded my practice into Middlesex Co., NJ. I am only doing tele-therapy sessions. The problem areas that I have worked most with are marital, anxiety based and depression cases. I work with individuals and couples. In recent years, I have also included working with bereavement cases, especially the 65 and over population. I work closely with civil servants such as Police, Fire Fighters, Teachers, etc. It is my priority and responsibility to see that you are comfortable in the therapy session. That is my job! I utilize most insurances. My background and training have been in Rational Emotive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. They are proactive, cognitive-behavioral based methodologies whereby I will engage you in conversation and not sit back and watch you talk as I nod my head! We will create solutions that will help you become stronger and happier!
