I am a licensed psychologist with many years spent helping children, teens, and families in schools, hospitals, and clinics. Although I bring experience, I also bring curiosity, patience, respect, and positivity to help find new perspectives to difficult problems. I view my work as a partnership in which we collaborate on developing a vision of change and hope that I hold onto, no matter the turns and bumps in the road. In this partnership, I focus on empowering you to use tools to become a happier and healthier version of yourself. It is hard to start with a new therapist, and I want to help you feel as comfortable with the process as possible. In the first session, I will listen carefully to what brings you to seek help. For children, my approach can be playful and humorous, but also focused on learning about you and what you want to change.
