I’m William Lehman, MS, LAC, NCC, a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona and a National Certified Counselor. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, and men’s issues, with a focus on resilience, emotional regulation, and long-term growth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client. I use EMDR, CBT, IFS, and play therapy to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and develop practical coping skills. I may also integrate spirituality at your request.
