I have over 25 years of experience assisting people to work through personal challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic has created additional challenges for many of us. The ordinary stresses and strains of living have become accentuated by the need to remain inside. I believe in therapy and have personally experienced the benefits of having a therapeutic relationship with a trained professional.
