Everyone experiences trauma in their life at one time or another, some experience more than others. Traumatized individuals often seek alternative solutions to deal with the discomfort of a traumatic event. The alternative solution is often dysfunctional and can result in suppressed emotional and psychological pain associated with the event. Someone who sufferers from suppressed issue wants relief. My approach to therapy is an integration of a Christian worldview using biblical truths combined with proven therapies to confront and heal the wounds from trauma that impacts your life today. Veterans and First Responders are welcomed.
