Do you find yourself feeling exhausted & disconnected from friends, family, peers…and even yourself? You might be stuck or unsure of how to get where you want to be (or even discover what it is you want). It’s my role to help you cultivate a life you can get excited about from the inside out! Whether it’s specific anxiety, past traumas, uncertainty, fear of judgment, or lack of support, the many internal and external barriers we can run into feel completely overwhelming. I have advanced training in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and ADHD with additional specialization in mood-based disorders. We will explore your inner & outer world in a safe environment where you don’t have to worry about being judged. We can work together to discover and integrate new skills to help you move through the barriers experienced.
