Hello, my name is William Webster and my approach to the therapeutic process is to engage in a collaboration with an individual to support change in the areas of anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting, employment, and changes that occur over the course of one's life. My focus would be to learn about the individual's life to support healing and change in the areas of depression, anxiety, parenting, employment challenges, and life changes. In sessions, I strive to create an atmosphere of calm consideration that encourages exploration of the circumstances as well as the development of steps to reduce one's current struggles.
