My name is Julia Ewanowski. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, trauma, OCD, grief, infertility, parenting struggles, ADHD, adoption and relationship conflicts. I also treat the mental health conditions that can accompany chronic health conditions, health-related traumas, terminal illness & caregiver burnout. I work with adults who are experiencing persistent worry, intrusive thoughts, emotional dysregulation, burnout or difficulty adjusting to life transitions. My clinical approach is evidenced-based, intregrative and collaborative.
