What has motivated me in my 25 years of being in the helping profession is the witnessing that change is possible when aligned with hope. Presenting issues are often about relationships and self-discovery. Healthy relationships are vital to emotional well-being- so exploration of relationships, present or past, is one aspect of therapy. As has been said "we are born in relationship, wounded in relationship, and are healed in relationship". I have been certified in EMDR and offer both in person or remote EMDR, as well as in person and telehealth counseling. I specialize in the areas of grief, relationship renewal and increasing coping strategies.
