I’m a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for clients to work through life experiences and challenges. Using a client-centered and strength-based approach, I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I work with adults, adolescents, older adults, families, and couples, drawing from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I strive to help clients achieve meaningful growth and reach their personal goals.
