I work with adolescents and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and tired of trying to figure life out on their own. You may struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, phone or social media overuse, career stress, or relationship concerns, and feel exhausted trying to manage it all alone. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, combining empathy with practical, solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll reduce overwhelm, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults who are high-functioning but emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, overthinking, low self-confidence, and the pressure to figure out their future. In my free time I enjoy playing basketball, watching the newest streaming documentary, and playing boardgames with my wife.
