Because many of us experience hurt in relationships, we need to heal in relationships where we feel seen, heard, respected, and can experience trust and safeness. I guide and co-create compassionate therapeutic space, primarily with queer people of color and adult children of immigrants navigating grief and loss (particularly non-death related) and healing from generational wounds and trauma. I support folks out of burnout and isolation and towards deeper love and authentic connection with themselves and their chosen communities.
