I have been working in the field of Mental Health and Addiction for 23 years. I graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from CCSU. My main focus is trauma, centering on Addictions, including substance abuse, eating disorders and excessive spending, however, I am also experienced working with clients who have, depression, anxiety or trauma related symptoms. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults I believe strongly in recovery, use various therapeutic approaches to assist clients to live a productive and self directed life.
