I've been in Practice for 25 plus years. My focus is on the persons mind, body, and spirit, helping the entire person. I treat everyone as an individual tailoring treatment to the persons specific unique needs. Specializing in adults, adolescence, and families helping them work through sadness, anger, life transitions, fears, negative thoughts, difficult childhoods that impact the present, hard relationships, finding meaning, spiritual formations, loss and grief, unwanted behaviors and reconnecting to who and what you love.
