I’m Winter, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping others overcome obstacles that keep them from truly thriving. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, college students, and adults. While I mostly work with individuals, I also work with parents to give them the support they need, and children and teens the space to process emotions and express fully themselves- play therapy allows children a chance to communicate struggles and learn, heal, and grow. When working with adults, I offer the empathy and encouragement needed to find meaning in their story as they address life's complex challenges. I support clients who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress management, adoption/attachment difficulties, peer relationships, adjustment difficulties, family conflict, self esteem, or trauma.
