If you’ve lived through long-term emotional, relational, or developmental trauma, you may feel constantly on edge, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or others, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense. You might know why you feel this way, but still feel unable to change it. I specialize in helping adults heal from complex trauma (CPTSD) by working not just with thoughts, but with the nervous system. Therapy with me focuses on helping your body learn safety again, reducing emotional flashbacks, and building a more stable sense of self so you can experience greater calm, connection, and freedom in your life.
