I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a Registered Art Therapist. My Masters degree was received from Lesley University. I have 20+ years of counseling experience. I help to assist introducing individuals to their best selves, how to possibly improve existing situations and/or relationships. Together we discover what choices are available to make them capable of reaching their goals. Combining cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy and art therapy helps in providing safe and supportive environment where they get to express themselves and their needs.
