Accepting new Clients. Welcome! Maybe you’ve tried therapy in the past, but didn’t feel like you “clicked” with your therapist. Maybe, you’ve never received therapy before, and this is your first time. We strive to create a safe space for everyone. If you're someone who is struggling with a difficult decision, have a history of traumatic events, or are apart of the LGBTQ+ community, you will never leave our offices with any feelings of judgement. We work with people who are struggling with their day-to-day for a myriad of reasons, and look forward to connecting with you. In person availability in Owosso and Swartz Creek. Our focus is to support emotional wellness and growth through individual therapy. We have therapists trainined in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and somatic based approaches. We specialize in helping those who have severe anxiety, depression, and functioning feel whole once again. Our therapists work with children, adults, and families with flexible availability.
