Hello, my name is Wren (She/Her). I have experience working with adults, teens, and children with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, panic disorder, and trauma. I have a particular passion in working with clients who have OCD. Additionally, I have found that I particularly enjoy working with individuals on concerns related to identity including gender identity, racial identity, and sexual orientation. I also experience providing play therapy to children with concerns including anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger, and behavioral concerns. I have completed training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. ERP can also benefit client's who have anxiety or phobias. I also frequently utilize interventions for ACT, DBT, and Interpersonal Therapy. Additionally, I have experience providing Play Therapy for ages six and up.
