My journey to becoming a therapist started when I was on the other side of the couch as a teen battling anxiety. I got treatment that changed my life. I am here to do the same. Clients describe me as energetic, warm, positive, and non-judgemental. My style is often labeled as gentle and client led. I have a heart for advocacy and am comfortable coordinating with other providers, educational systems, employers, or government agencies. My approach is based on my belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship.
