I have always cared deeply about the stories people tell about themselves. Our stories are sometimes filled with feelings of depression, anxiety, isolation, life transitions, and struggles to understand our own identities. Therapy can be a place where you can take back control of your personal narrative to reach your goals and understand yourself more deeply. I aim to collaborate with my clients to create a space that feels safe and affirming for them. I am affirming of gender, queer, disabled, and neurodiverse identities. I always seek to welcome, inform myself about, and affirm more communities into my work.
