I often work with old souls and empaths who’ve done deep self-work but now long for steadier, more grounded healing — the kind that brings clarity, ease, confidence, and a consistent connection and trust to their own soul essence and inner wisdom. I often combine transpersonal and somatic psychology with meditation, hypnotherapy and IFS. Earlier on in my life, I worked as a psychic-medium & taught energy healing.
