I specialize in collaborating with adults and couples who are in the early stages of dating or those navigating transitions like cohabitation, becoming parents, and launching careers. As a therapist for young children and teens, I work with parents and their teen to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. With adults, I focus on trauma and mood management from a CBT and Solution Focused lens to guide clients to identify their innate skills and values to overcome problem areas.
