About
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I enjoy supporting clients who are ready to work on their relationships—with partners, family members, and themselves—in a meaningful and intentional way. As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, I am deeply aware of the stigma surrounding mental health, as well as the impact of generational trauma and racial and cultural stressors. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and change, and my goal is to empower you to define what healing looks like for you—while reminding you that you do not have to do it alone. I embrace a holistic and humanistic approach to build a honest, open, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe that we all are unique and have the ability to make changes in our lives. “Whatever your story, you no longer need to be alone with it. This is what will allow your healing to begin," Carl Rogers. I
