As a bilingual Licensed Psychologist fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults and couples therapy using an integrative, culturally sensitive approach. I also offer comprehensive psychological evaluations, including assessments for ADHD and learning difficulties.I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, identity and self-esteem concerns, life transitions, cultural adjustment, work-related stress, relationship and marriage concerns, family dynamics, fertility and postpartum issues, aging-related concerns, and teen challenges.
