As a Native American woman I have a unique perspective into issues impacting marginalized individuals. I understand the impacts generational traumas, adverse environments, and adverse life experiences can have on mental wellbeing. I can offer a safe space for clients to gain insight into the factors influencing their mental health. I can provide non judgmental support and empathy through the helping process. In my free time I love coaching youth basketball and working on my bead work.
